Upload

After scanning & indexing your drawings they are uploaded to the Drawing Vault. With no software or hardware to install you can view your drawings online right away.

Cloud Computing & Storage
Once scanned, your construction documents are converted to high resolution, digital TIFF images and uploaded into our Drawing Vault web servers for online access and storage. Our web based software allows you to access documents 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection.

File Formats Supported
The Drawing Vault is capable of storing CAD & BIM files in any format, DWG, DXF, DGN, etc. PDF and other scanned formats TIFF or JPEG may be uploaded as well.

Who Can Upload Documents?
We upload and index all scanned paper documents for you, however, you can upload CAD drawings yourself. All uploaded CAD files must be contained in a ZIP (compressed) file format, one for each construction discipline (architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc.).

What About Downloading?
you can “check out” (download) any file (CAD, scanned paper, etc.) that is stored in the vault. Our history tracker logs the time, date and user who checked out the drawing and when they put it back.
