Organize

The Search is Over! The Drawing Vault’s innovative design and filing system allows easy and effortless access to the exact document you are looking for.

What kind of documents?
The Drawing Vault stores the following types of construction documents (CD’s): base building (core & shell) drawings for all disciplines of construction (architectural, electrical, structural, & mechanical, etc.), parking, tenant improvement, landscaping. Additionally the Drawing Vault can also store partition plans, path of travel, furniture plans, floor plates, marketing drawings, perspective lease plans, building photos, engineering spec books, as-builts and a variety of documents associated with a building and its occupants or tenants. File formats include DWG, DXF, PNG,TIFF, PDF, JPG, etc.

Organization Hierarchy
The Drawing Vault does not use a traditional file/folder system to display or search for CD’s. All of the CD’s are intuitively organized by building, floor, suite and drawing discipline. To find a tenant improvement CD, simply select the building, navigate to the floor and suite then download or view the appropriate drawing.

Historical & Renovation Documents
The Vault also allows for hostorical and renovation document storage with easy revisioning recognition. The entire history of all revisions is available from within the Vault.
